What You Will Do

• Social Media Strategy & Execution:

   Develop and manage our B2B social media strategy, primarily on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Your goal is to build an engaged community, establish thought leadership, and generate qualified leads.

• Precision Outreach Campaigns:

   Identify, research, and connect with key decision-makers in our target industries. You will design and run highly personalized cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Master Modern Tools:

   Leverage cutting-edge tools for audience research, lead generation, social media management, and outreach automation to work smarter and scale your efforts effectively.

• Create Engaging Content:

   Craft compelling, short-form copy, visuals, and messaging tailored for social media and direct outreach that resonates with our audience of founders and innovators.

• Analyze & Optimize:

   Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all your campaigns, analyze the data, and continuously iterate on your strategies to maximize results.

Who We're Looking For

• A Proven B2B Marketer:

   You have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B social media (especially LinkedIn) and direct outreach.

• A Tooling Expert:

   You love experimenting with and mastering new marketing and sales-tech tools. You understand how to build an efficient tech stack for growth.

• A Master Communicator:

   You have exceptional written communication skills and know how to craft personalized messages that get replies.

• Proactive & Independent:

   You are a self-starter who thrives in a remote environment. You can manage your own workflow, take initiative, and drive projects to completion.

• Fluent in English:

   Your written and spoken English is flawless.
