What we're looking for

We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead Talentica's demand generation strategy through paid advertising and SEO. You will lead a team in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing brand visibility, and generating high-quality leads to fuel our growth. Your expertise in performance marketing, organic growth, and team leadership will be essential for scaling our marketing efforts

  O) to enhance engagement and drive MQLs & SQL
• Promote Talentica Software across various digital channels, including social media, industry forums, and content syndication platform
• Use data-driven insights to continuously refine ad campaigns, reduc

  e customer acquisition cos

  ts (CAC), an

  d improve ROI

• Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts translate into pipeline growth
• Manage external agencies and vendors to drive efficiency in campaign execution
• To be successful in this role, you should have

Qualificatio

• Experienc

  e: 8-10 years in marketing, specifically within IT services or software product companies, with at least 4 years of experience leading a marketing team

.Essential skills

• Proven expertise in B2B demand generation, PPC advertising, and SEO strategie
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot)
• Experience with content marketing, thought leadership, and brand positioning. Analytical mindset with expertise in A/B testing, data interpretation, and performance tracking.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and leadership teams.
