Position: Python Automation Tester (Networking Domain)

We are looking for a Python Automation Tester to join our dynamic team! As a Software Engineer in Test, you will focus on validating networking products and automating test cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design quality test plans based on requirements.
• Build topology setups required for testing.
• Apply strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
• Execute test cases and create automation scripts.
• Provide weekly progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  3+ years in networking product qualification.

• Education:

  BE/BTech/ME/MTech from a reputable university or college.

Desired Technical Knowledge:

• Understanding of switches, routers, and IP networking fundamentals.
• Expertise in one of the following technical areas:

• Layer 2:

  VLAN, DHCP, VXLAN

• Layer 3:

  Routing and routed protocols, MPLS, LDP, RSVP, L3VPN, L2VPN, OSPF, ISIS, BGP
• Automation knowledge with Python and Robot test framework.
• Proficiency in L2 and L3 protocols.
• API and UI testing experience.
• Certification in any one of JNCIA/JNCIS/JNCIP or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Linux, AWS, and Perl is a plus.
