Our client is seeking Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in performance marketing, digital communication, and CRM/Martech to drive customer acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and optimize lead conversion for our Executive Education programs. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns ( Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn ) to maximize ROI. Analyze KPIs (CTR, CAC, conversion rates) and refine strategies based on data insights. Digital Communication: Develop engaging content strategies for email, social media, and web channels. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints. CRM & Martech: Implement CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and nurture leads. Leverage marketing automation for personalized campaigns. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor web traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics. Generate actionable reports for leadership. Collaboration: Partner with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing efforts. Basic Qualifications: 4–7 years in performance marketing, CRM, and digital communication.
