We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist to join Infobrandz. This person will primarily focus on generating leads and creating business opportunities for the company by handling marketing and lead generation activities. The role will also involve supporting and driving the LinkedIn personal branding efforts for the CEO and Co-founder, ensuring consistent brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across multiple channels.
The goal is to generate leads and create business opportunities while managing both inbound and outbound strategies effectively.
Primary Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Personal Branding & Social Media Management (CEO & Co-founder):
- Profile Optimization & Content Strategy: Optimize and manage the CEO’s and Co-founder’s LinkedIn profiles to enhance visibility, engagement, and thought leadership.
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan and create engaging content for personal branding, ensuring consistent posts and a strong presence on LinkedIn. Collaborate with the design team for creative visuals.
- Engagement & Relationship Building: Strategize and execute relationship-building efforts by engaging with connections, commenting on posts, and initiating conversations to establish meaningful connections with key stakeholders and prospects.
Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Outreach to Ideal Prospects: Use LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to engage with potential clients in target industries.
- Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Qualify leads through effective relationship-building techniques and ensure smooth progression through the sales funnel.
- Cold Calling & Email Campaigns: Develop and manage targeted cold calling and email campaigns aimed at driving appointments and qualified leads.
- Create Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities through outreach, conversations, and relationship building, generating new leads and expanding market presence.
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution:
- Execute Lead-Gen Campaigns: Plan, manage, and execute personalized and hyper-personalized email marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance to continuously optimize engagement and conversion rates.
Paid Media Campaign Management:
- Paid Ads Campaign Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to generate leads and drive meeting bookings.
- ROI Tracking & Optimization: Track and analyze the performance of paid campaigns, optimizing for the best ROI.
Lead Generation Automation:
- Leverage AI & Automation: Utilize tools like n8n and Make to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency in lead generation efforts.
- Optimize Marketing Processes: Use automation tools to reduce manual effort and scale the lead generation process.
Team Leadership & Supervision:
- Oversee Junior Lead Generation Teams: Supervise junior team members working on lead generation campaigns, ensuring they are meeting performance goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimizations in lead generation efforts, both for individual and team outputs.
Cross-Channel Marketing Integration:
- Repurpose Content Across Channels: Repurpose content from LinkedIn and email campaigns for Facebook and Instagram to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in business development and lead generation, with a strong focus on B2B marketing and sales.
- Experience in LinkedIn personal branding management for CEOs and Co-founders, with expertise in profile optimization, content strategy, and engagement.
- Skilled in creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn and managing consistent brand messaging.
- Strong experience in cold emailing, cold calling, and sales funnel management.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make) to streamline and scale marketing efforts.
- Ability to work autonomously while supervising and guiding a junior team.
