About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Growth Marketing Intern to work closely with our core team on lead generation, automation, and outbound campaigns. You’ll get hands-on exposure to modern growth stacks (cold email, LinkedIn outreach, CRM, and AI tools) while contributing directly to scaling our client projects and internal growth.

Strict Eligibility

• No college students or currently enrolled candidates.
• Must be a fresher or graduate who can commit full-time, Monday–Friday for 3 months.
• Must have a personal laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.

What You’ll Do

• Research and build lead lists from LinkedIn, Google, job boards, and scraping tools
• Help execute cold email campaigns using Smartlead, Instantly, or Lemlist (training provided)
• Manage & track outreach performance via Google Sheets & ClickUp
• Experiment with automation & AI tools to improve workflows
• Assist with LinkedIn engagement, content outreach, and inbound requests
• Support team-wide growth experiments and marketing operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in growth marketing, automation, and lead generation
• Familiarity with Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas)
• Comfortable learning new tools like Notion, ClickUp, Slack, Zapier, or AI-driven platforms
• Good written communication in English
• Bonus: Prior exposure to cold outreach, CRM, or marketing automation tools

• Using tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Zapier, and Notion to automate and scale campaigns
• How agencies & startups generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them
• Building repeatable marketing workflows that scale
• Collaboration with design, marketing, and strategy teams on live projects
