About the Role We’re looking for a Video Editor (Intern/Junior) who’s passionate about storytelling, content, and creating visually engaging short-form videos. You'll work on reels, ad creatives, product explainers, content for landing pages, and motion-based social videos for clients and internal projects. This isn’t a corporate post-production job—it’s dynamic, creative, and fast-paced. What You’ll Do Edit engaging short-form videos for Reels, ads, and web Repurpose long-form footage into high-performing content Add motion graphics, text overlays, and brand visuals Help plan and storyboard content ideas (optional but a big plus) Maintain a consistent visual style across video assets Collaborate with our design, marketing, and outreach teams on video needs Stay in the loop with trends in digital marketing and social platforms What We’re Looking For Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools Basic to strong understanding of editing for short-form (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Some motion design skills (even basic level is okay—we love experimentation) Sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling A good eye for design, branding, and typography Bonus: Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Descript, Runway, or AI-based editing tools Bonus: If you've created content for marketing, ads, or startups before What You’ll Learn Real-world editing experience for international brands and startups Behind-the-scenes exposure to how digital agencies use video for sales, ads, and outreach Opportunity to explore AI tools for post-production workflows Hands-on experience in growth marketing and creative production Access to our internal library of templates, guides, and creative briefs Collaboration across multiple disciplines—design, dev, marketing, and sales How to Apply Send an email to h@shaanks.com A short intro about yourself Why you're interested in this role A portfolio or links to any past video edits or reels you’ve done (personal projects welcome!)
