About Shaanks

Shaanks is a lean, creative-tech startup working with international clients in tech, eCommerce, and digital-first markets. We design and scale brands, landing pages, ad creatives, and campaigns that drive performance.

Now, we’re looking for a Creative Designer Intern who can handle both graphic design and video editing to create scroll-stopping assets for ads, social media, and landing pages.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with the core team to design visuals that convert and videos that engage. From static graphics to short-form edits, you’ll be part of the full creative cycle — concept to execution.

What You’ll Do

• Design ad creatives, social graphics, and landing page assets
• Edit short-form videos (ads, reels, promos, explainers, motion snippets)
• Collaborate with marketing team on brand identity & campaign visuals
• Repurpose designs into motion assets for paid ads & social platforms
• Stay updated on design trends + video formats that perform in digital marketing
• Assist with creative testing (multiple ad variations, A/B experiments)

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite / Figma / Canva for design
• Hands-on experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar)
• Understanding of aspect ratios & platform requirements (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, Ads)
• Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
