Growth Marketing Executive

You will be responsible for creating and implementing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. Collaborating closely with internal teams and clients, you will identify key growth opportunities and develop plans to execute initiatives across various channels such as paid media, SEO, direct marketing, and partnerships. Your role will involve overseeing the execution of growth plans, working with different departments for successful implementation, and focusing on digital initiatives while staying informed about creative and communication aspects. Utilizing your expertise in paid media, you will drive brand awareness and growth, optimize growth initiatives using Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies, and work with cross-functional teams to prioritize growth opportunities, develop marketing plans, and enhance the customer experience. Your responsibilities will also include staying updated on the latest trends in growth marketing and sharing knowledge with the team and other departments. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in a growth-oriented role. A proven track record of driving growth, strong understanding of paid media and CRO, familiarity with SEO optimization, and experience with MarTech tools and retention marketing are required. Moreover, you should possess excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, your interpersonal skills and leadership qualities will be essential to lead and mentor a team effectively.,
