Responsibilities:

Lead Prospecting and Qualification:
  • Engage in first-level conversations with CXOs to prospect and qualify leads
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products or services to create interest and qualify leads

Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with leads through regular follow-ups and communication
  • Collaborate with the sales team to seamlessly transfer qualified opportunities for further development

Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about the features, benefits, and updates related to our products or services
  • Effectively communicate product value and differentiation to potential clients

Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in the customer relationship management (CRM) system

Metrics and Reporting:
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation and conversion targets
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement

Qualification Criteria (Skills):


Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage with CXOs and build meaningful relationships through first-level conversations

Motivated to Work in a Target-Driven Setup:
  • Proven experience in working in a target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset


Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience of 1-3 years with Corporate Event Management Companies organizing summits etc. working in Delegate Acquisition or Sponsorship Roles
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in relevant marketing platforms
  • Experience in B2B marketing/ Inside Sales
  • Familiarity with the technology or SaaS industry
