Job Description: Growth Marketer

Overview

We’re looking for a

Growth Marketer

who can blend creativity, data, and experimentation to drive scalable customer acquisition, activation, and retention. You’ll take ownership of the growth funnel, run rapid experiments, and collaborate across teams to uncover opportunities that accelerate business growth.Key Responsibilities

Plan, test, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid ads, social, SEO, email, partnerships, referrals).
Build and manage the growth funnel — identifying drop-offs and implementing solutions to improve conversion.
Launch A/B tests and growth experiments to validate new ideas and channels.
Work closely with content, design, and product teams to align growth efforts with brand strategy.
Use data and analytics to track, measure, and report on performance and ROI.
Stay updated with growth marketing trends, tools, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing.
Strong knowledge of acquisition channels (paid, organic, partnerships, referrals).
Experience in CRO, funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
Hands-on with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).
Comfortable in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.
