We’re looking for a Growth Marketer with hands-on experience in running and optimizing ads across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Monitor performance metrics and tweak campaigns to improve ROI
• Write compelling ad copies and collaborate with designers for creatives
• Run A/B tests and optimize landing pages/funnels
• Work closely with product and analytics teams to align growth efforts

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
• Strong understanding of key metrics (CTR, CAC, ROAS, etc.)
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.
• Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills
• Bonus: Mobile app marketing or B2B SaaS experience
