Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Growth Marketer with 1-2 years of experience to drive organic traffic and enhance our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving website rankings, developing effective lead generation strategies, and leveraging SEO best practices to boost brand visibility. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO principles, content creation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance website visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings.
  • On-Page Optimization: Conduct thorough on-page SEO audits and implement optimizations,including meta tags, header tags, image optimization, and content refinement.
  • Off-Page SEO: Execute effective off-page SEO strategies, focusing on high-quality backlink acquisition, guest blogging, and partnerships.
  • Content Creation: Write engaging, SEO-optimized content such as listicles, how-to guides and blog posts that resonate with our target audience.
  • AI Tool Integration: Utilize AI tools to automate SEO processes, enhance content quality, and streamline workflow efficiency.
  • Third-Party Listings: Promote products and blogs through listings on relevant third-party sites to expand our online footprint.
  • Collaboration and Outreach: Work closely with designers to ensure visually appealing content, collaborate with product teams to stay updated on trends, and engage in outreach efforts for guest blogging and partnerships.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Lead Generation and CRO: Develop and implement lead generation strategies and conduct Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

Technical Skills:
  • SEO Tools: Hands-on experience using Ahrefs, Semrush, or Uber suggest, with a strong understanding of keyword research techniques.
  • Analytics Tools: Proficient in using Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics (GA) to manage and monitor site traffic closely.
  • Backlink Management: Experience in improving Domain Rating (DR) and enhancing the backlink profile of a website.
  • SEO Audits: Conduct frequent SEO audits to identify technical and content-related issues, suggesting improvements to developers and designers to enhance overall website quality.

Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a proven track record of
improving website rankings and driving organic traffic.

Skills:
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Proficiency in writing high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
  • Ability to use AI tools for content automation and optimization.
  • Basic design sense to collaborate with designers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
