About the Role:

UVLink Tech Services LLP is seeking a result-driven and strategic Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns with a data-first mindset, working closely with cross-functional teams to scale growth initiatives and deliver measurable results.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase leads, conversions, and brand reach
  • Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Optimize funnels and conversion rates across paid and organic channels
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions
  • Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and automation tools to maximize campaign ROI
  • Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to run A/B tests and improve user experience
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
  • Report weekly and monthly performance metrics and suggest actionable insights



Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in growth or performance marketing roles
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Prior experience in a B2B or service-based business is a plus
  • Candidates from nearby locations preferred
