Role Charter: Growth Manager (Category & Revenue)  
Role Overview:  
As a Growth Manager, you will lead the success, profitability, and strategic growth of a portfolio of 50+ D2C brands, ensuring they reach optimal revenue targets and category potential. You will manage a team of 4-5 individuals, instilling discipline and quality across processes while making strategic decisions to address complex problems and drive brand success.   Key Responsibilities:   ? Own and drive the revenue growth and strategic success of 50+ D2C brands, acting as a primary business leader for the category.   ? Lead and manage a team of 4-5 members, ensuring process rigour, quality, and disciplined execution.  ? Strategic Problem-Solving   ? Foster strong client relationships, putting client needs first and providing exceptional service to drive brand loyalty and satisfaction.   ? Cross-Functional Collaboration   ? ? Work from Office, Bangalore   ? 6-day role   Ideal Candidate Profile:  
? 1-5 years in a category management role, with at least 6 months of team handling experience.   ? Graduate from a Tier-1 (IIT, BITS, NITs) or Tier-2 MBA college, or a premium institution with excellent academics.   ? Strong analytical, presentation, and communication abilities, with a motivation to drive disciplined actions and achieve results.

? Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise, and delegate tasks, with a proactive approach to driving team success.  
? Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to deliver high-quality client experiences and account management.
