Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Growth Lead to drive sales, partnerships, and early adoption of our cutting-edge cybersecurity tools in the Indian market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has the vision to shape both market positioning and client acquisition strategy from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for our cybersecurity SaaS products.
• Build and manage sales pipelines, focusing on SMEs, enterprises, and government opportunities across India.
• Identify and onboard early adopters, distributors, and channel partners.
• Represent the company in conferences, industry events, and client meetings.
• Work closely with the founders to align market feedback with product roadmap.
• Create long-term growth opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5+ years in business development, sales, or growth roles, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise/government deals or driving revenue for early-stage products.
• Strong network in Indian enterprise, IT services, or government cybersecurity sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, building processes, and taking ownership.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
