About the Role
As a Growth Intern in the Founder’s Office, you will work directly with the founding team to identify,
pitch, and onboard high-growth companies and enterprise clients. You’ll be an integral part of the
team that drives EarlyJobs' B2B expansion, playing a crucial role in both revenue generation and
market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage mid-market to large enterprises (25–100+ hires/month capacity).
• Build relationships with CXOs, HR heads, and hiring decision-makers.
• Support in crafting custom GTM strategies and partnership proposals.
• Assist in leading client meetings, sales pitches, and closing contracts.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and recruiter success teams to ensure smooth
onboarding.
• Research competitive hiring trends and deliver insights to optimize offerings.
• Help improve client onboarding and account management workflows.
Who Should Apply?
You’re a strong fit if you:
• Are a recent graduate or final-year student (MBA/BBA preferred).
• Have 0–1 years of experience in business development, growth, B2B sales, or recruitment.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are detail-oriented, self-driven, and entrepreneurial in nature.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and are eager to learn from leadership.
• Have a basic understanding of recruitment or HRTech (preferred, not mandatory).
