Fibonacci X is a venture platform.


We take minority stakes in businesses that align with our investment thesis, collaborate with LPs and founders to refine strategic direction, and help corporates achieve innovation via startup partnerships.


Role Overview


We’re looking for a Growth Hacker who brings creativity, hustle, and analytical rigor to accelerate Fibonacci X’s visibility and platform growth. Whether through strategic partnerships, digital campaigns, or building scalable acquisition loops, you will be key to unlocking new growth pathways.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design and execute growth experiments across channels including content, SEO, partnerships, PR, performance marketing, and community
  • Analyze user and engagement data to identify bottlenecks and scalable growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine growth strategies aligned with our investment thesis
  • Develop high-quality, thought-leading content that resonates with founders, investors, and corporate innovators
  • Build and nurture community initiatives including events, newsletters, and webinars
  • Run and optimize performance marketing campaigns as needed, tracking KPIs like CAC and LTV
  • Implement A/B testing and performance optimization across campaigns and landing pages
  • Report insights, results, and key learnings to leadership regularly


Required Qualifications


  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in growth, startup marketing, performance marketing, or related roles
  • Proven track record of successful growth experiments and data-driven decision making
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent storytelling skills across written, visual, and digital formats
  • Comfortable working autonomously and wearing multiple hats
  • Bonus: Exposure to venture, startup ecosystems, or corporate innovation environments


Preferred Attributes


  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or platform-based growth roles
  • Understanding of market cycles and investment-led growth strategies
  • Ability to build and scale communities around niche or emerging topics
  • Alignment with values such as ethical leadership, first-principles thinking, and India-first innovation
