What you’ll do

• Run and track growth experiments across X, Telegram, Discord, and partner channels.
• Manage paid ads across X, Meta, and Google from creative testing to CAC tracking.
• Build distribution loops: referrals, airdrops, waitlists, and influencer campaigns.
• Turn product insights into viral, data-backed content.
• Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages.
• Measure everything: CAC, retention, LTV, engagement, cohort performance.
• Work directly with the founders to build scalable growth systems.

What we’re looking for

• Obsessed with metrics, experiments, and distribution.
• Experience with ad platforms, analytics, and creative testing.
• Hands-on with Notion, Figma, Typefully, Framer, and Posthog/Mixpanel.
• Understands crypto or wants to go deep.
• Can meme, ship, and analyze all in one day.

• Scaled paid campaigns or viral launches before.
• Active on X or crypto Twitter or built a following on any other social media
