We’re already processing millions in card volume, and now scaling growth fast. What you’ll do Run and track growth experiments across X, Telegram, Discord, and partner channels. Manage paid ads across X, Meta, and Google from creative testing to CAC tracking. Build distribution loops: referrals, airdrops, waitlists, and influencer campaigns. Turn product insights into viral, data-backed content. Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages. Measure everything: CAC, retention, LTV, engagement, cohort performance. Work directly with the founders to build scalable growth systems. What we’re looking for Obsessed with metrics, experiments, and distribution. Experience with ad platforms, analytics, and creative testing. Hands-on with Notion, Figma, Typefully, Framer, and Posthog/Mixpanel. Understands crypto or wants to go deep.
