• Experience:

  0-2 years of professional experience in a people-focused or administrative role.

• Education:

• Communication:

• Tech Savvy & Smart Work:

  A proactive approach to using technology to work efficiently.

• Data Handling:

  You're skilled at managing large volumes of data, especially for tasks like resume screening, and you know how to use data to make smarter decisions.

• Excel Proficiency:

  You are highly comfortable with Microsoft Excel and can use formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables) to streamline processes and analyze information.

• Software Familiarity:

  Experience with productivity tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is required. Familiarity with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a strong plus.

• Organizational Prowess:

  Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.

• Problem-Solving:

  You use your skills to identify and solve problems, improving processes and efficiency wherever possible.

• HR Knowledge (Preferred):

  A basic understanding of hiring best practices and employment laws is a bonus.
