Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Adoption

  • Design and optimize onboarding processes that reduce time-to-value.
    Ensure each customer understands how to use the product to meet their goals.

Customer Health Monitoring

  • Track key metrics: adoption, engagement, usage frequency, churn risk signals.
  • Build dashboards/health scores using tools like Gainsight, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pendo.

Success Strategy & Playbooks

  • Develop frameworks/playbooks for common use cases.
  • Standardize processes for onboarding, renewals, expansions, and escalations.

Voice of Customer (VoC)

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback (NPS, CSAT, surveys, interviews).
  • Translate insights into product and process improvements.

Upsell & Expansion Opportunities

  • Identify expansion paths (upgrades, add-ons, cross-sell opportunities).
  • Collaborate with Sales to execute expansion campaigns.

Retention & Churn Prevention

  • Proactively intervene with struggling customers.
  • Create programs to boost stickiness and long-term value.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support to improve offerings.
  • Communicate customer needs to influence product roadmaps.
