We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Growth Coordinator to support our business development and expansion strategies. The Growth Coordinator will play a key role in lead generation, partnership development, campaign coordination, and performance tracking to drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Assist in executing growth strategies aligned with company objectives. Generate, track, and nurture leads across multiple channels (online/offline). Support onboarding and engagement of new distributors, partners, or clients. Maintain and update databases (CRM, spreadsheets, dashboards). Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities. Help organize outreach events, webinars, or awareness campaigns. Ensure smooth internal communication across departments to align growth efforts. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 4-5 years of experience in growth, marketing, sales coordination, or similar roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or events. Fluency in English.
