We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide product and service information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide product information and resolve complaints. 3. Maintain records of customer interactions. Requirements: 1. Good communication in Tamil is preferred. 2. Customer service experience is preferred. 3. Basic computer knowledge. 4. Only female candidates can apply 5. Age should not be less than 22.
