Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of growth strategies in alignment with company objectives, collaborating closely with product and marketing teams to implement go-to-market plans across diverse business sectors.
Work alongside cross-functional teams, including leaders in business development and revenue operations, to ensure cohesion and backing for program enhancements and growth initiatives.
Implement efficient processes and protocols to advance organizational objectives, promoting a culture of innovation and effectiveness within the team.
Contribute to crafting and executing marketing strategies, balancing strategic branding efforts with lead generation and nurturing activities to meet growth objectives.
Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making, assess marketing performance, and foster a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to optimize growth
