Role Description We are looking for 25 enthusiastic and goal-driven Growth & Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our team in Hyderabad. As a BDA, you will: Generate self-sourced leads through multiple channels. Counsel and onboard students/candidates into our training, internship, and mentorship programs . Manage client and student relationships. Drive enrollment growth and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Lead Generation & Outreach Generate and qualify new leads through self-sourcing, referrals, networking, and digital channels. Identify potential students and corporate partners for collaboration. 🔹 Program Onboarding Counsel students/professionals about Future Invo’s training & mentorship programs . Manage the complete enrollment and onboarding cycle . Guide candidates through orientation and ensure smooth joining into batches. 🔹 Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Maintain consistent follow-ups until successful onboarding. Build partnerships with colleges, institutes, and training partners. 🔹 Account & Relationship Management Maintain long-term relationships with enrolled students and institutions. Support candidates during their training journey. Coordinate with HR, Training, and Operations teams for smooth program delivery.
