Growth Associate

Atten Labs is looking for a Growth Associate (GA).

Here’s what the day will look like (on most days):

10:00 am: Quick call.

R: Hey, here’s what I plan to get done today. Hold me accountable if I don’t. What’s on your list?

GA: …

Me: Cool. Have a good one.

10:00 am – 4:30 pm: Deep work. No calls unless it’s urgent. No micromanagement.

4:30 pm: Quick wrap-up call.

Me: How was your day? Here’s what I got done, and here’s what I didn’t. How about you?

GA: …

Me: Perfect. See you tomorrow.

This is a work-from-home role for now. But we'll meet in person at least once a month. Coffee on me :)

Yes, this role is NCR-specific. Why, you ask? Because we've realised professional relationships grow better together. Understanding career goals, experimenting, learning together, that requires time. And, well, meeting.

A GA's tasks will include:

Generating and mapping leads

Building and executing a content calendar for Atten Labs’ LinkedIn

But what really is Atten Labs?

We’re an organic content agency helping founders build their voice on LinkedIn. Ghostwriting, blogs, newsletters, info capsules, magazines, long-form articles… basically, if it’s content that moves people, we do it.

We're in the process of building our base revenue layer. Soon we’ll also dive into community building, offline events, and a lot more.

Heads-up: This won't be an easy ride. Not because the work is hard, but because it’s uncertain. You might sometimes think, "I should be in a bigger, more structured company." Totally understandable.

But here’s the upside: You own your work. You experiment, fail, learn, try again. There’s no safe middle ground. It’s messy, and it’s yours to shape.
