Growth Associate

As a Growth Associate at PedalStart, your role will involve identifying, engaging, and evaluating promising early-stage startups for acceleration programs. Your contributions will be essential in expanding the network and informing program selections. You will be responsible for conducting research and analysis of early-stage startups across various sectors, evaluating business plans and market opportunities, assessing viability and scalability of startup ideas, and conducting discussions with founders to understand their vision and challenges. Additionally, you will perform market research, competitive analysis, generate reports based on data analysis, and collaborate with the team to evaluate startup suitability for accelerator programs and investment opportunities. Your qualifications should include 1 to 3 years of professional experience within a startup environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for the startup ecosystem, and willingness to work in stretched working hours as needed.
