Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive Growth Associate to drive the execution of both in-house and client projects. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end operations of Medflix's daily talks and client sessions, coordinating with various teams to support their operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Execute registration campaigns for Medflix webinars, courses, and shows across various channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, and email marketing. Manage live session activities, including coordinating WhatsApp, SMS, and push notification campaigns to ensure a seamless session flow. Generate detailed analytics reports using Excel to track performance and provide actionable insights. Provide exceptional customer support to address inquiries and enhance user experience. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in an operations role. Proficiency in executing campaigns via WhatsApp, SMS, and email. Strong Excel skills for analytics, reporting, and generating actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling user inquiries effectively.
