Be the strategic force that scales an international luxury brand. You will move beyond transactions to build systems and relationships that ensure enduring growth.

This role is a unique opportunity to transition from managing a large, established system to building and owning the strategic commercial engine for a premium, internationally-aligned brand.

• Be the Architect of Growth:

  As a Manager of Growth and Strategy, you will be the primary strategic partner to the Founder. Your decisions on trade relations and operational efficiency will directly influence product direction, production output, and company profitability.

Must-have Requirements:

We are looking for proven experience in a high-stakes, low-volume environment.

• Minimum 5+ Years Experience: Demonstrable success in managing luxury sales relations and B2B channels.
• Bespoke/Custom-Built Products: Mandatory background selling complex, customized, or engineered products (e.g., custom joinery, high-end modular systems, specialized luxury goods).
• Operational & Forecasting Expertise: Proven ability to implement sales systems and generate accurate sales forecasts that inform HMLV manufacturing or supply chain planning.
• Industry Preference: Backgrounds in Luxury Furniture, High-End Interiors, Architectural Surfaces, or Premium Design Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• B2B Trade Relations:

  Identify and secure long-term partnerships with leading

  Architects, Interior Designers, and Developers

  for recurring project specifications.

• System Implementation:

  Design and enforce a

  CRM system

  tailored for

  regular and bespoke/custom-built orders

• Operational Acumen:

  Create

  reliable sales forecasts

  that align directly with our HMLV production capacity and material procurement needs, ensuring profitability and timely delivery.

• Client Success:

  Personally manage and close high-value bespoke projects, ensuring exceptional client experience from design approval to final installation.

• Luxury Brand Stewardship:
