Role Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Growth and Strategy Manager/ Sr. Manager. The candidate will work on various special projects across businesses, some of which will be heavy on the telesales side. This role is ideal for a candidate who is proactive, skilled in problem-solving, and has strong program management capabilities.This role will involve working with senior stakeholders across the company hierarchy, so good stakeholder management skills are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Telesales Operations:

  2. Implement and optimize telesales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  3. Understand and optimize the telesales processes.
  4. Help improve the funnel efficiency to drive better results.
  5. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  6. Utilize advanced data analysis to identify trends, forecast performance, and provide actionable insights.
  7. Maintain and analyze performance data in Google Sheets to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of key metrics
  8. Problem Solving:

  9. Apply strong problem-solving skills to address business challenges, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous improvement within telesales operations.
  10. Stakeholder Management:

  11. Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to align objectives, communicate findings, and drive projects forward.
  12. Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of initiatives.
  13. Program Management:

  14. Oversee special projects related to telesales and business growth initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources to achieve objectives.
  15. Drive the end-to-end implementation of projects, ensuring a structured approach to problem-solving and solution delivery.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) with 3-8 years of experience, or MBA with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in leading a telesales setup with 30+ agents, with demonstrated success in driving results.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and data analysis, with a high degree of comfort in working with data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong detail orientation and a commitment to understanding issues thoroughly to deliver effective solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working across diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech or MBA
