ConnectHub is a 15 year old digital agency that has helped brands like Huawei, Hisense, Toshiba, Dalmia, Cairn and many others market their products and solve business problems digitally.

We specialise in performance marketing, Shopify and WordPress development, CRM setup, media buying and marketing automation. Our outreach markets include India, the Middle East, Europe and Southeast Asia.


Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is strong with research, data tools and structured outreach. The core objective is to identify high potential prospects, personalise outreach across LinkedIn and email and book qualified meetings for the leadership team.

You will work with modern prospecting tools, databases, automation platforms and proven play books to build a predictable outbound engine.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Research and Data Mining

  • Identify ideal customer profiles using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Gather prospect data using tools like Apollo, Clay, Phantombuster or similar
  • Extract company level insights from websites, Crunchbase, BuiltWith and Google
  • Maintain clean lead sheets, update CRM fields and classify prospects
  • Identify decision makers such as founders, CMOs, marketing heads, CTOs and brand managers


Outreach Execution

  • Run structured LinkedIn outreach using personalised message sequences
  • Use outreach tools like Dripify, Lempod, Octopus CRM or automation tools provided
  • Build cold email lists with verified emails using tools like Apollo, Instantly, Snov or Hunter
  • Write simple but effective outreach messages based on templates and ICP
  • Run email campaigns using Instantly, MailFlow or HubSpot based workflows
  • Track open rates, reply rates and conversion to booked calls


Qualification and Handover

  • Qualify leads based on needs, budgets, timelines and fit
  • Communicate ConnectHub services clearly across media buying, tech and creative
  • Book meetings on Google Calendar and coordinate with the leadership team
  • Maintain CRM hygiene on HubSpot or internal CRM sheets
  • Prepare short summaries before handover for smooth transition to sales


Reporting and Market Research

  • Prepare weekly dashboards on leads, responses and meetings set
  • Track outreach performance and iterate based on data
  • Assist in identifying new geographies and sectors for expansion
  • Provide insights based on competitor offerings or market signals


What We Are Looking For

  • Strong research capability and ability to use modern lead generation tools
  • Good written communication for email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho or Pipedrive
  • Comfort using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
  • Ability to work with data tools like Apollo, Snov, Hunter, Clay or similar
  • Comfortable reaching out to senior profiles across global markets
  • Process oriented with consistency in follow ups and tracking
  • Bonus: Exposure to ChatGPT or AI tools for drafting outreach messages or scripts
