Operations & Process Excellence:
• Set up and refine processes to resolve customer complaints
• Achieve and maintain accuracy in mutual fund transaction processing.
• Implement and manage CRM systems, lead tracking processes, and client feedback systems.
• Collaborate with the product team to upgrade existing product offerings.
• Execute customer engagement campaigns, including:
Business Development & Strategy:
• Work closely with leadership to design revenue models and test frameworks with market players.
• Conduct market validation of revenue models with potential partners.
• Drive customer acquisition through direct outreach:
• Launch and grow the revenue subscription model, leveraging partnerships to drive customer growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in operations, financial services, or customer success
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to pursue and obtain necessary regulatory certifications (e.g., RIA).
