Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation Playbooks

    : Define repeatable outbound & inbound strategies for consistent client acquisition (LinkedIn, cold email, partnerships, referrals).
  • Client Retention Systems

    : Build frameworks for onboarding, reporting, and upselling to increase client lifetime value.
  • Revenue Growth Strategy

    : Identify scalable offers, pricing structures, and service packages to maximize profitability.
  • Sales Process Optimization

    : Create scripts, cadences, and follow-up systems that can be executed by sales/BDM reps.
  • Mentorship & Training

    : Guide the founder and team on proven agency growth best practices.
  • Performance Metrics

    : Set up KPIs to track acquisition, churn, and retention.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Mandatory: Direct experience scaling a marketing / creative / digital agency.

  • Proven success in driving both lead generation and client retention

    for agencies.
  • Strong understanding of agency sales cycles (B2B, retainers, project-based).
  • Ability to design and implement playbooks that can be executed by junior teams.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, outbound prospecting, and LinkedIn growth.
  • Excellent communication skills with a “builder” mindset.


Nice-to-Have

  • Network of potential warm leads or partnerships in relevant industries.
  • Prior experience as a

    fractional Head of Growth / Head of Sales

    in agencies.
  • Knowledge of agency operations (delivery, reporting, upsells).


Engagement Structure

  • Flexible engagement: Fractional / part-time advisory (5–15 hours per week).
  • Remote role, but availability for regular syncs with founder/team is required.
