Role Overview

This role is for someone who understands client psychology, communicates with clarity, and can lead conversations that turn curiosity into confident buying decisions — especially in the trading or coaching space.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with warm leads who have interacted with our content or attended free sessions.

Conduct discovery and consultation calls via phone or Zoom.

Understand client needs and explain how our trading system aligns with their goals.

Build trust and provide honest, pressure-free guidance to help leads make informed decisions.

Maintain clear records of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes using our CRM.

Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales, consulting, coaching, or client-facing roles.

Strong verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.

Ability to lead conversations, ask thoughtful questions, and listen actively.

Basic understanding or interest in trading, investing, or personal finance.

Comfortable using Zoom, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.

Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in the education, coaching, financial services, or trading industry.

Fast-moving, low-bureaucracy, and supportive team environment.

Compensation

Competitive based on experience and performance.
