Group Product Manager (GPM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and brand plans for gynecology products.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Collaborate with medical, regulatory, sales, and R&D teams to support the product lifecycle.
• Create promotional materials and execute campaigns aligned with product positioning.
• Drive product training and development for the sales team.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance and optimize plans accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of product executives or assistant product managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (MBA in Marketing preferred).
• Proven 9–15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, specifically in the

  General segment

• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in brand building, team management, and market analysis.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
