Group Media Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Planner to join our digital media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective digital media strategy across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the digital landscape, and a proven track record of successful campaign management. Roles & Responsibilities: Managing and optimizing media plans through all the digital channels including Google search, GDN, YouTube and Facebook/Twitter. Creating digital media strategy and plan across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have managed a monthly budget of 1.5 Cr to 3 Cr or annual budget of 18 to 30 Cr before. Cross functional team coordination on a day to day basis - Search, Social, Media Operations, Media finance Good understanding and relationship with direct publishers like TOI, Hotstar etc. Daily optimization of campaigns. Understanding of programmatic tools like DV360, Amazon & Flipkart DSP. Media buying and rate negotiation with publishers. Evaluation of multiple media properties. Exploring multiple innovative tools and properties. Annual and campaign media strategy with insights. Able to work on Annual and ad-hoc operating plans with daily reporting to multiple teams. Do the end to end campaign management including providing the supporting documents to media finance team for billing. Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field 4-7 years of experience in digital media planning and buying. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Should be proficient in Ms Excel. Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (eg, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DSPs). Proficiency in analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong client relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Experience with programmatic advertising and data management platforms is a plus.
