Role Overview:

Brand Strategy - Executive / Sr. Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing brand strategies, positioning, and messaging for real estate clients.
Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor studies to support brand planning.
Collaborate with creative, design, and digital teams to bring brand ideas to life.
Contribute to brand identity development, campaign planning, and execution.
Support in creating brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across communication platforms.
Present strategic ideas and campaign concepts internally and to clients when required.
Monitor campaign performance and share insights for ongoing optimization.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in
Mass Communication, Marketing, Branding, or related field
.
3 - 5 years of experience
in brand strategy, brand communication, or marketing (preferably in a digital agency).
Strong understanding of branding principles, audience behavior, and storytelling.
Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
A creative and proactive mindset with a passion for building impactful brands.
Prior experience in
real estate branding
will be an added advantage.
