Job Description

Location : Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Designation : Senior Manager - Marketing & Fund Raising.

Reporting to: Director - Marketing & Awareness

Job descriptions & Responsibilities:

Experience in designing marketing plans and activities that deliver on campaign and/or fundraising objectives, with a limited budget, across media platforms
Design and analysis of market research; ability to apply insight to inform marketing activities
Ability to build positive relationships, connect with and manage a wide range of stakeholders including different media houses, corporate sponsors, CSR representatives, Internal stakeholders, campaign partners.
Experience in using IT, database and web skills
Conducting research on fundraising opportunities.
Writing funding proposals and submitting these to potential donors post approvals.
Manage and maintain complete records of monthly, quarterly and annual budgets.
Coming up with ingenious ways to raise awareness.
Implementing a variety of strategies and promotional campaigns for awareness and fund raising.
Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sound knowledge of the charity sector.
Should know about CSR & manage existing CSR partners.
Tia up with new CSR partners.

Education criteria-

Bachelor's degree in PR, Fundraising, or any related field (preferably a master's degree). MBA full time / part time will be preferred.
7-8 years of fundraising experience.
NGO background will be a high priority.
Previous experience in marketing is also required / essential
Experience in managing a team internal and external as well
Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
