Role Description

Role Proficiency:Provide leadership to a sales support function in all dimensions to effectively collaborate with client partners delivery leaders Services and other functions to provide timely support for all sales requirements. Work on optimizing sales support processes tools and procedures to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration

Outcomes

  • Main point of liaison for Delivery Leaders and Client Partners for sales support services
  • Prioritization and management of opportunities/proposal requests received work intake planning and execution to meet the demand
  • Suggest and implement new processes tools and procedures for better functioning of the team
  • Determine the resource needs in accordance to sales demand plan and recruit suitable talent to meet the demand
  • Overall responsibility for the quality of deliverables and performance of the team
  • Set clear performance goals provide timely feedback and enable appropriate learning & growth for the individual team members

  • Ability to inspire lead organize and manage sales support function demonstrating strong program management and people management skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities meet deadlines and work with a clear vision of how to grow the team

Stakeholder Management

  • Proactively connect with Sales teams and delivery leaders to understand sales pipeline and ensure timely support to help win business deals for both new and existing customers

Quality

  • Ensure proposals delivered are of exceptional quality identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations

Additional Comments

  • Experience in setting up Pharma-Regulatory Affairs teams and Pharma CoEs (Centre of excellence) for Global MNCs/ Service organizations.
  • Experience with off-shore development Regulatory center of excellence (CoE)
  • Building & managing the team of Regulatory resources for regulatory filings across US, EU, UK, APAC, Africa, CIS and LatAm markets etc.
  • Involved in Business Development support, CMO Interactions, QA & Commercial Inputs, Packaging improvements, and an overall oversight leadership on critical issues and streamlining processes.
  • Experience with Product Compliance, Product Safety, Electromagnetic Compatibility, NRTL and CE Marking. Experience in Empower is desired
  • Document intake, indexing, categorization, physical and electronic filing, retrieval, and file maintenance; supervising e regulatory compliance for hazardous materials, developing safety programs, conducting audits.
