Job Description

cross-border payments, foreign exchange, micro-lending, digital wallets, and B2B payment technology solutions s


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review & negotiate contracts (partnership, vendor, SaaS, NDAs, MOUs).
  • Support

    M&A, joint ventures & group restructuring

    .
  • Ensure

    compliance with laws, DIFC/ADGM regulations, AML/CFT, GDPR, and PDPL

    .
  • Advise on licensing and regulatory frameworks for fintech products.
  • Manage disputes, liaise with external counsel & develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee

    IP protection

    (trademarks, patents) & ensure data privacy.

  • Candidate Criteria (Must-Haves):

    • This role is part of our diversity hiring efforts.

    • International law degree

      (LLB, Master’s/LLM preferred).

    • Experience with English Law

      and regulatory frameworks.
    • Background in

      finance, tech, or banking sectors

      .
    • Experience in

      international companies or India-GCC operations.

    • Strong understanding of

      rules and regulations.
