Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Process & TAT Management

Ensure turnaround time (TAT) is maintained for all assigned processes
Work closely with Team Leads (TL) for constant process review and improvement
Anticipate potential issues and plan corrective actions proactively

Reporting & MIS

Maintain and circulate reports in a timely manner as specified by Manager/Head Office
Provide necessary and timely data to MIS Executive/Manager for organizational reporting
Monitor and act on reports from the QC team to align or improve processes

Team & Attendance Management

Oversee attendance and productivity of all processes under responsibility
Manage team morale and motivate employees to deliver their best
Ensure team adheres to organizational work ethics and standards

Training & Recruitment Support

Support manpower planning and recruitment processes
Train and guide TLs to implement structured training for all executives

Housekeeping & Process Compliance

Oversee housekeeping for applicable processes to ensure smooth workflow
Ensure processes comply with organizational policies and quality standards
