Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the HR strategy and operations

• Manage recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.

• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry certifications.

• Drive organizational culture, leadership development, and change management.

• Establish robust HR systems and processes to support future expansion.
