We're Hiring: Utility Head – Weaving (Airjet Division) Location: Tadkeshwar, Near Kim, Surat, Gujarat Company: General Polytex Pvt Ltd Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Utility Head to lead the utilities and maintenance operations for our Airjet Weaving Division, which houses 120 Toyota T-910 Airjet looms. You’ll be responsible for keeping our Luwa humidification plant and Kaeser air compressors running at peak performance while ensuring minimal machine downtime and seamless production. Key Responsibilities: Oversee utility operations across 120 Toyota T-910 Airjet looms Manage the Luwa H Plant (humidification) and ensure RH/temperature stability Maintain and monitor Kaeser Compressors for consistent airflow Lead breakdown prevention, root cause analysis, and long-term maintenance strategy Build and manage a skilled team of utility technicians Optimize energy usage and support our sustainability goals Maintain daily service logs, AMC schedules, and statutory compliance Qualifications: Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 8–15 years of experience in utility/maintenance roles within textile manufacturing Hands-on experience with Toyota looms, Luwa systems, and Kaeser compressors Strong leadership, problem-solving, and preventive maintenance planning skills Additionally email your resume to ag@gpl.net.in Or Reach out for any questions.
