Utility Head- Weaving (Airjet Division)

As a Utility Head at General Polytex Pvt Ltd for the Airjet Weaving Division in Tadkeshwar, Near Kim, Surat, Gujarat, your role involves leading utility and maintenance operations for 120 Toyota T-910 Airjet looms. You will be accountable for ensuring the optimal functioning of the Luwa humidification plant and Kaeser air compressors to minimize machine downtime and maintain smooth production. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise utility operations for 120 Toyota T-910 Airjet looms - Manage the Luwa H Plant for maintaining RH/temperature stability - Monitor and maintain Kaeser Compressors to ensure consistent airflow - Take charge of breakdown prevention, root cause analysis, and devising long-term maintenance strategies - Recruit and oversee a proficient team of utility technicians - Optimize energy consumption to support sustainability objectives - Keep track of daily service logs, AMC schedules, and ensure statutory compliance Qualifications: - Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - 8-15 years of experience in utility/maintenance roles within the textile manufacturing sector - Proficiency in handling Toyota looms, Luwa systems, and Kaeser compressors - Strong leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and expertise in preventive maintenance planning,
