Your Growth Milestones
In 3 Months: Establish Command
- Lead ideation for active briefs and high-value pitches.
- Build strong relationships across internal teams, clients, platforms, and media partners.
- Understand commercial models, workflows, and business priorities.
In 6 Months: Drive Work & Revenue
- Own end-to-end development of content solutions.
- Strengthen project outcomes with strategic interventions and measurable impact.
- Manage client conversations independently and help shape the revenue pipeline.
In 12 Months: Become an Ideas + Business Driver
- Deliver a portfolio of standout, tech-enabled content that moves brand and business metrics.
- Play an active role in revenue growth and opportunity creation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead idea development.
- Translate brand and media challenges into sharp content strategies and compelling presentations.
- Collaborate with media partners, platforms to bring ideas to life.
- Integrate content thinking into broader media strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Build measurement logic and analyze performance to drive business outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in advertising, media, branded content, digital/content strategy, creator ecosystems.
- Strong blend of creative ideation, strategic clarity, and business acumen.
- Proven ability to own mandates, manage stakeholders, and drive results.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- High curiosity for tech, platforms, AI, and new content formats.
