Objective To manage and oversee day-to-day accounting, compliance, and financial operations across multiple group entities, ensuring robust coordination, financial discipline, and timely reporting while supporting ongoing project needs. Key Responsibilities A. Accounting, Audit & Reporting Supervise and manage accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cost accounting across group companies. Finalize books of accounts, prepare trial balances, and assist in statutory audit completion. Generate consolidated and entity-wise financial reports – Balance Sheets, P&Ls, Variance Reports. Ensure monthly/quarterly/annual closure processes and reconciliations. B. Compliance & Regulatory Filings Ensure 100% adherence to tax filings (TDS, GST), ROC compliance, and other statutory filings in coordination with CA and CS. Handle internal audits, coordinate external audits, and maintain compliance documentation. Support RERA, RBI, FEMA, or SEBI reporting if applicable to business verticals. C. Cash Flow, Budgeting & Control Prepare and monitor annual budgets, cash flow statements, and fund movement across projects. Implement cost-control measures, track project expenditures, and manage vendor payment cycles. Liaise with internal teams for approval and control of payouts, capex, and production budgets. D. Coordination & Stakeholder Liaison Interface with production teams, legal, secretarial, banks, and statutory consultants. Coordinate with creative/marketing/procurement teams to ensure financial procedures are followed. Support AGM/EGMs, maintain meeting records, and track actionables from finance side. E. Tech & Process Excellence Maintain digital and physical records efficiently; implement accounting software and systems upgrades as needed. Use tools like Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems for automation and better control. Recommend process improvements for compliance and cost optimization. Requirements Desired Profile Education: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com with relevant certifications. Experience: 7–12 years in multi-entity accounting and compliance.
