T o ensure the financial sustainability, governance, and strategic direction of SP Cinecorp Group and its allied ventures by driving financial planning, risk management, fundraising, compliance, and investor relations with an entrepreneurial and scale-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities A. Strategic Financial Planning & Forecasting - Oversee financial strategy, business planning, long-term forecasts, and capital structuring. - Develop financial models for new verticals, projects, and investments including JV/Co-productions. - Ensure alignment of financial goals with business growth, vision, and vertical-level performance metrics. B. Financial Health Monitoring - Manage profitability, fund flow, and capital deployment across all business entities. - Maintain oversight of liquidity, solvency, debt/equity, and cash reserves. - Establish risk assessment frameworks and scenario planning models. C. Investor, Banker & Board Relations - Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and JV partners. - Prepare investment decks, reports, and MIS for board, lenders, and stakeholders. - Drive investor due diligence, financing rounds, and new financial partnerships. D. Team Leadership & CFO Pipeline Readiness - Guide the finance, accounting, and compliance teams in creating high-performance standards. - Mentor finance staff, recruit future leaders, and institutionalize financial controls and ethics. - Act as CFO designate and take charge of business planning, compliance, and analytics. E. Compliance & Corporate Governance Oversight - Ensure group-level adherence to all statutory and corporate governance requirements. - Lead initiatives in aligning with IFRS/IND-AS standards and manage global reporting frameworks. - Drive ESG reporting, audit committee coordination, and risk registers (if applicable). Requirements Desired Profile - Education: CA / CPA / CFA / MBA (Finance), with strong strategic finance exposure. - Experience: 10\u201315+ years in finance leadership roles, preferably in media, entertainment, or multi-business environments. - Skills: Strategic financial insight, entrepreneurial vision, and operational excellence with board-level exposure.

Job_Description":" Objective To manage and oversee day-to-day accounting, compliance, and financial operations across multiple group entities, ensuring robust coordination, financial discipline, and timely reporting while supporting ongoing project needs. Key Responsibilities A. Accounting, Audit & Reporting - Supervise and manage accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cost accounting across group companies. - Finalize books of accounts, prepare trial balances, and assist in statutory audit completion. - Generate consolidated and entity-wise financial reports \u2013 Balance Sheets, P&Ls, Variance Reports. - Ensure monthly/quarterly/annual closure processes and reconciliations. B. Compliance & Regulatory Filings - Ensure 100% adherence to tax filings (TDS, GST), ROC compliance, and other statutory filings in coordination with CA and CS. - Handle internal audits, coordinate external audits, and maintain compliance documentation. - Support RERA, RBI, FEMA, or SEBI reporting if applicable to business verticals. C. Cash Flow, Budgeting & Control - Prepare and monitor annual budgets, cash flow statements, and fund movement across projects. - Implement cost-control measures, track project expenditures, and manage vendor payment cycles. - Liaise with internal teams for approval and control of payouts, capex, and production budgets. D. Coordination & Stakeholder Liaison - Interface with production teams, legal, secretarial, banks, and statutory consultants. - Coordinate with creative/marketing/procurement teams to ensure financial procedures are followed. - Support AGM/EGMs, maintain meeting records, and track actionables from finance side. E. Tech & Process Excellence - Maintain digital and physical records efficiently; implement accounting software and systems upgrades as needed. - Use tools like Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems for automation and better control. - Recommend process improvements for compliance and cost optimization. Requirements Desired Profile - Education: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com with relevant certifications. - Experience: 7\u201312 years in multi-entity accounting and compliance. - Skills: Hands-on with financial systems, excellent coordination, attention to detail, maturity in handling group-level tasks
