Job Summary:

GRC Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of GRC activities, including risk assessments, compliance reviews, IT audits, and control testing.
  • Implement and maintain ISMS in line with ISO 27001 standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks by establishing appropriate controls and tracking remediation efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversee Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes and conduct vendor risk assessments.
  • Prepare documentation, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership and audit committees.
  • Act as a point of contact for audits and client discussions related to GRC initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members and support continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in GRC, IT Audit, Risk, and Compliance roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 27001, ISMS, Risk Management, and audit methodologies.
  • Proven experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST, GDPR is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must hold

    at least one

    of the following certifications:

    CISA, CISM, or CISSP

    .

Preferred Attributes:

  • Client-facing experience in consulting or professional services firms.
  • Familiarity with GRC tools (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust).
  • Early joiners will be given preference.
