Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Digital Design

• Design social media creatives, cover pictures, banners, and ad graphics< across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create unique, out-of-the-box concepts (not just template-driven).

2. Brand & Web Design

o Design icons, website banners, infographics, and brand elements.

o Support web/UI projects with custom-designed graphics.

o Deliver print-ready materials, including flyers, brochures, logos, posters, t-shirts, and corporate identity kits.

3. Motion Graphics & Video Creation

o Create explainer videos, social media promos, ad creatives, and product demos.

o Edit raw video footage, apply motion graphics, transitions, and effects.

o Use AI-powered video tools to generate engaging video content based on provided scripts and contexts.

o Apply color correction, audio editing, and sound design to enhance quality.

o Organize and manage video assets efficiently for quick access.

4. AI & Creative Innovation

o Leverage AI tools to speed up design and video creation workflows.

o Stay updated with design, social media, and AI-driven creative trends.

o Recommend and adopt new AI-driven tools to improve creative output.

5. Adaptability & Collaboration

o Respond quickly to urgent client changes (especially during campaign days/festivals).

o Work closely with the content, social media, and web teams for integrated campaigns.

o Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of experience

· Proficiency in:

i. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign)

ii. AI creative tools (for design and video)

· Strong understanding
